Abstract:
To perform procurement bidding, while concealing a type being important secret information of a seller.
A bidder device 2 acquires quality qifor maximizing a function (V(q)-c(q, θi)), acquires the function value biof the above function of the quality qi, and transmits them to a bid opener device 3. The bid opener device 3 receives the quality qiand the function value bifrom the bidder device 2, defines a seller i1stwith the maximum received function value bias a bid opener, uses the quality q1stcorresponding to the maximum function value biand the function value b2ndbeing the second largest value to calculate the reward of the seller i1stwhich is (V(q1st) - b2nd), and discloses the seller i1stand the reward.
