Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate data input and to output reverse data which are directly connected with business management in addition to general account processing.
CONSTITUTION: This electronic account file output device consists of an automatic transfer and journalization means 6 which passes plural main account titles and automatically transfers and journalizes them to a set account title when a subordinate account title which is common to the main account titles belonging to the specific set account title is specified and general account journal data relating to the main account titles and subordinate account title common to it are inputted to a computer, and output devices 8 and 9 which reversely guise the subordinate auxiliary account into a main item and the main account title into a subordinate item and outputs an auxiliary ledger and an auxiliary ledger total list of the set account title on a CRT display or printer.
