To obtain an electronic advertisement analysis tool for providing an optimum received original following advertisement rule information to a medium company by statically and dynamically analyzing the received original of electronic advertisement.
The electronic advertisement analysis tool comprises a means for receiving start information having the identification name of electronic advertisement developed on an XML file and storage destination information specifying the storage destination of the electronic advertisement from a starting source via a data communication control part, receiving and analyzing the electronic advertisement from the storage destination indicated by the storage destination information and transmitting the analyzed result to the starting source.
