Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a writing implement in which a built-in reinforcing metal piece is provided without requiring an assembly process after resin molding, the metal piece has no possibility of rattling or slipping off, the good outer appearance is provided and the applied colors, characters and figures are easily recognized.
SOLUTION: The metal piece (b) is provided inside a resin molded body (a) by insert molding to improve the strength of a clip section 12, and the resin molded body (a) is integrated with the metal piece (b) to prevent the rattling and slipping-off of the metal piece (b). In the insert molding, the metal piece (b) is supported from the back side and a molten resin material is injected to the surface side of the metal piece (b) to mold the resin molded body (b) and easily support the metal piece (b) in a cavity of a molding die, and also as a supporting trace 12c supporting the metal piece (b) is formed on the back side, the good appearance is not spoiled.
