To provide an electronic apparatus mounting device used for both wall mounting and in a stand, which can fix an electronic apparatus firmly, and can change the inclination angle easily depending on the proper use, when it is used in the stand.

An electronic apparatus mounting device has a stand 3 being attached detachably to an attachment holder 2 which is attached detachably to the electronic apparatus body. The stand comprises: a leg 31; and a support plate 32 extending while inclining at a predetermined angle for the leg 31. The support plate 32 is provided with holder support surfaces 32a-32c having different angles for the support plate 32, and the attachment holder 2 is attached while selecting the holder support surfaces 32a-32c.
