To take measures against heat for an electronic apparatus suitable for mobile use having a heating source by reducing an uncomfortable feeling caused by heat in touching the device surface by the hand, without making the main body of the device massive or damaging the designability of its appearance.

As described in claim 1 an electronic apparatus has a device which becomes a heating source, and a radiating device exhausting heat generating from this heating source stored in a case. The case has an opening part which conducts exhaust wind from the radiating device, and a hair implanted coating membrane on the outer surface of a part adjacent at least to the heating source device.
