Abstract:
To provide an electronic apparatus, a robot, and a moving stage that can increase the reliability of mechanical and electrical connection.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus has: a first substrate having a terminal arranged on a first side face; a second substrate laminated on the first substrate; a third substrate laminated on the second substrate on the opposite side of the first substrate; and a wiring board arranged opposite to the first side face and joined to the first side face with a first joint member therebetween. A second side face of the second substrate opposite to the wiring board is located on the opposite side of the wiring board with respect to the first side face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
