The server apparatus 2 includes: a first reception section 21 for receiving the transmitted apparatus identification information; a second reception section 26 for receiving the transmitted index information; a storage section 24 for storing correspondence information being information wherein the apparatus identification information and the index information are made to correspond to each other into a correspondence information storage section 25; and an information access section 27 for acquiring the apparatus identification information corresponding to the index information received by the second reception section 26 by using the correspondence information, and for accessing electronic apparatus related information corresponding to the apparatus identification information.
