Abstract:
To provide an electronic apparatus and a watch which can prevent bending deformation such as buckling and relax stress.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a circuit board 16 as a first contact member; a piezoelectric element 25 as a second contact member arranged opposite the circuit board 16 ; a coil spring 30 as an elastic conductive member electrically connecting the circuit board 16 to the piezoelectric element 25; an elastic guide holding part 32 including a guide part 34 guiding the coil spring 30 in a vertical direction, which is an opposing direction of the circuit board 16 and the piezoelectric element 25, and a spring part 35 as an elastic holding part elastically deformably holding the guide part 34 in the vertical direction. Thus, bending in the coil spring 30 such as buckling can be prevented, and stress of the guide part 34 to the piezoelectric element 25 is relaxed to reduce repulsive force. Stress load to the piezoelectric element 25 is thereby inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
