To improve mechanical strength against an operation force which is loaded upon an operation unit when operators are operated and reduce the number of components to simplify the construction and reduce the size of an apparatus as a whole.

An electronic apparatus has an apparatus main part 5, a main frame 6 which supports the apparatus main part 5, an operation unit 9 which has push-button operators 16 for operating the apparatus main part 5, a flexible circuit board 10 which has flexibility and on which a push-button switch unit operated by the push-button operators 16 of the operation unit 9 and a terminal unit for connecting the apparatus main part 5 to the operation unit 9 are integrated, and a housing 8 which has an operation opening 15 for the exposure of the operation unit 9 and is formed so as to cover the main frame 6. The push-button switch unit 25 of the flexible circuit board 10 is positioned and attached at a predetermined position on the main frame 6 by the operation unit 9.
