The invention relates to a folding type electronic apparatus including a first case 10, a second case 20 accommodating a fuel battery BT therein, and a bonding member 30 movably bonding a principal surface of the first case 10 and a principal surface of the second case 20 so as to face each other and separate from each other. The fuel battery BT has a film electrode junction body including a fuel pole, an air pole, and an electrolytic film held between the fuel pole and the air pole. The second case 20 has a mechanism 22 for exchanging a material disposed on the surface opposite to the circumferential surface, and has a mechanism for forming a protruding portion on a surface side opposite to the principal surface of the second case 20 in a state where the bonding member 30 is operated so as to separate the principal surface of the first case 10 and the principal surface of the second case 20.
