An electronic apparatus has the operating member rotatable relative to the electronic apparatus body, an elastic member having an opening in a direction approximately perpendicular to a rotation direction of the operating member, and control means for performing control of a function corresponding to the operating member based on the operation amount to the operating member. The control means performs first control when the operation amount to the operating member reaches a first operation amount, and performs second control when the operation amount to the operating member reaches a second operation amount larger than the first operation amount. The elastic member is disposed at a position abutting against the operating member when the operating member is operated at an operation amount equal to or larger than a third operation amount that is larger than the first operation amount and smaller than the second operation amount.
