Abstract:
To provide an electronic apparatus in which, even when the local temperature rise occurs, a correction value by a temperature sensor and frequency drift of a crystal resonator can be followed by each other.
An electronic apparatus 1 for correcting vibration of a crystal resonator using the temperature measured by a temperature sensor element includes: a crystal resonator 13 disposed on a substrate and the temperature sensor element 14 for measuring the temperature. At least a part of the temperature sensor element 14 is disposed in the inside of a substrate in a partial region covered with the crystal resonator 13 out of the main surface.
