An electronic still camera which is one example of the electronic apparatus includes: a front surface cover which is arranged on the front surface side; an upper surface cover 501 which is arranged on the upper surface side; and a rear surface cover which is arranged on the rear surface side. An F inner base 404 which constitutes the front surface cover has: an arm part 303c which extends toward the rear surface cover; and a hole part 303d which is formed at the arm part 303c, and the upper surface cover 501 has a pawl part 501c which is inserted into the hole part 303d and locked with the hole part 303d. An R inner base 404 which constitutes the rear surface cover is provided with a projected part 404c which is locked with the tip part of the arm part 303c so that a part where the hole part 303d is formed is pressed toward the root of the pawl part 501c at the arm part 303c so as to regulate motions of the front surface cover and the upper surface cover 501.
