To provide an electronic apparatus which ensures enhancement of transmission/reception performance or stable operation even if it is made compact.
An electronic wrist watch 1, as an electronic device, comprises: a liquid crystal panel 4 for displaying information; a wiring board 20 disposed on one side of the liquid crystal panel 4; an antenna part 2 disposed on a side of the wiring board 20 opposite from the liquid crystal panel 4, while having a dielectric plate 2b, a ground electrode 2c (first conductive layer) arranged on one side of the dielectric plate 2b and a radiation electrode 2a (second conductive layer) arranged on the other side, and performing at least one of transmission and reception of radio waves; and a battery 18 disposed on a side of the antenna 2 opposite from the wiring board 20 and supplying power. The ground electrode 2c is located on a side of the dielectric plate 2b close to the wiring board 20 and connected with the ground potential thereof. The radiation electrode 2a is located on a side of the dielectric plate 2b remote from the wiring board 20 and connected with the signal potential thereof.
