Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an exposure control in taking a photograph with the use of lighting.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus with a photographing function (such as an electric torch with a camera) comprises a lamp that emits light only to a central part in a photographing area SS. When the exposure control is operated, a plurality of evaluation areas are set in the photographing area SS to obtain a photometry evaluation value for each of the evaluation areas, and an exposure control value is calculated by giving weighting to the photometry evaluation value. A weighting setting section categorizes an evaluation area within an irradiation area LL to be irradiated by the lighting of the lamp as a focused area and an evaluation area positioned outside the irradiation area LL as a non-focused area, and gives larger weighting to the focused area than to the non-focused area.
