PURPOSE: To improve an operational efficiency with a simple operation for a small- size apparatus specially by realizing various inputs with a small number of keys by driving display elements selectively correspondingly to combination input of input keys and displaying a prescribed pattern.
CONSTITUTION: FFFA...FFFG store temporarily information inputted by input keys KA...KG, and one-shoot circuit OS generates a high-level signal for a prescribed time by the operation of input end key DIG, and data decision circuit CON checks and corrects data from AND circuits AA...AG. Display elements SA...SG are arranged on display unit DIS, and display elements SA...SG are driven selectively correspondingly to combination input of input key KA...KG to display a prescribed pattern, and combination input end key DIG is depressed to display the end of combination input. As a result, various inputs can be realized with a small number of keys, and operations are simplified and the size of each key is enlarged for a small-size apparatus specially to improve the operational efficiency.
