Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electronic balance which can start an operation check program regardless of the fault of a circuit board and, at the same time, meet specification change flexibly.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer for constituting this electronic balance consists of a one-chip microcomputer 28, an operation check program is retained in an internal ROM 35 within the one-chip microcomputer 28, and then unit modification program, etc., which are changed according to specifications are retained in an external ROM 31 which is connected to the above one-chip microcomputer 28.
