To provide a system with high operation effect which can send transfer data directly from a computer terminal to a bank and money reception/payment data of company deposits from the bank directly to the computer terminal when an operation system for the purchasing of a company is processed by the computer system.
The system which processes the purchasing system as software for a purchasing managing procedure for performing the operation of a company by using a computer terminal 1 is equipped with a communication setting means 13 which places the communication line 8 between the computer terminal 1 and bank in a connectable state and a transmit command means 14 which connects the communication line 8 and also commands data transmission from the computer terminal 1 to the bank. Then the operation process is performed associatively with the purchasing management system, and the communication setting means 13 makes the communication line 8 between the computer terminal 1 and bank normally connectable as a background process, and the purchasing management system generates transfer data and the transmit command means 14 sends transfer data on payment to the generated transfer destination directly to the bank.
