Abstract:
To solve the problem that an apparatus for automatically photographing a moving object cannot be obtained in a constitution having superior portability.
The movement (change) of a photography image is monitored. When the image moves, photography is automatically started, thus automatically photographing the moving object. In the constitution of this embodiment, for example, an electronic camera apparatus such as a digital camera can be installed therein, thus achieving superior portability.
