The electronic camera includes a first imaging part, a second imaging part, an analysis part, a setting part and an image processing part. The first imaging part images luminous flux from a first optical path along an optical axis of an imaging optical system and generates a first image. The second imaging part images luminous flux from a second optical path by setting the second optical path different from the first optical path during imaging standby of the first imaging part, and generates a second image. The analysis part analyzes the second image, the setting part sets the parameter for the image processing of the first image on the basis of an analysis result of the analysis part, and the image processing part executes the image processing of the first image on the basis of the parameter.
