Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a slip of a basic format and a slip except the basic format from existing illegally when the slip of the basic format and the slip except the basic format can be issued from an electronic cash register.
SOLUTION: When it is selected that not only a slip of a basic format such as a receipt but also a slip except the basic format such as a quittance are issued by paying attention that a factor that a receipt corresponding to a quittance is regarded as a quittance depends on a total field of the receipt even though a different quittance is issued, a means which controls printed contents so as not to print an item that summarizes transactions of the total field, etc., in the slip of the basic format is added, and the item summarizing the transactions of total amounts, etc., is prevented from being printed on the slip of the basic format when a slip other than the slip of the basic format is issued. Thus, a valid slip is prevented from existing doubly in one transaction.
