PURPOSE: To provide an electronic circuit card which can be speedily and economically produced by changing the structure and material of the electronic circuit card.

CONSTITUTION: The electronic circuit card 24 has a metal case 44, the upper and lower surfaces of this case are connected by 1st and 2nd side walls and a rear wall, and opening parts are provided in an internal storage space 46 and at one terminal. A substrate 52 is placed in the internal storage space, and a connector 48 is fitted to the substrate and the case so as to cover the opening parts. A metal spring 62 is fitted to the substrate, touches a ground conductor on the substrate and touches the upper and lower surfaces of the case for supporting the substrate and linking the case to the ground conductor. The case is protected from the discharge of static electricity and the interference of radio frequency and can hold the substrate having various dimensions, various forms or the various arrangements of mounted electronic parts.
