Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency converter which is stable against a temperature without wastefully consuming consumption current.
SOLUTION: The frequency converter is provided with a local oscillator 11 for generating a local signal having signal amplitude proportional to the temperature and a mixer circuit 12 which operates by bias current proportional to the temperature, multiplies an input signal by the local signal and obtains an output signal whose frequency is converted.
