In the electronic circuit 1 provided with a plurality of circuit components to realize prescribed basic functions, circuit components whose component parameters can be changed in response to a value of a control signal are adopted for a plurality of specific circuit components 2 relating to a basic circuit 3 acting a prescribed basic function among a plurality of the circuit components of the circuit 1. The electronic circuit 1 is provided with a plurality of latch circuits 5 that latch a plurality of control signals to be given to a plurality of the specific circuit components, and external devices 8, 9 change values of a plurality of the control signals latched by a plurality of the latch circuits so that the basic function satisfies prescribed specifications according to a probability retrieval method.
