Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a first-time printed circuit and a second-time printed circuit precisely, irrespective of the degree of telescopic motions of a backing material and the meandering of the web being transferred.SOLUTION: Simultaneously with the printing of a printed matter (or a first-time circuit) by an electric circuit (or a second-time circuit), a reference mark is applied to each printed matter. In a midway of a transportation passage of the printed matter having passed a contact point (a printing point) I between a rubber cylinder 2 and an impression cylinder 3, there is disposed an FB camera 306. A position of the reference mark is detected from an image of the printed matter taken by the FB camera 306, and a deviation quantity of the detected reference mark from a reference position in the transverse direction perpendicular to the transfer direction (or a vertical direction) of the printed matter is determined, and the transverse position of the printing cylinder 1 is continuously adjusted during the printing of a printed matter between the reference marks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
