Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit including a shift sequence in a power-down mode capable of certainly carrying out a shift to the power-down mode interrupting an internal power supply voltage without malfunction.SOLUTION: The electronic circuit includes a system-voltage generating circuit 10 generating a system voltage by stepping down a power supply voltage, a first internal circuit 30 operated by being supplied with a system voltage, and an input-output circuit 24 operated by being supplied with the power supply voltage. The electronic circuit further includes a level shifter 23 for input of a signal from the first internal circuit 30 and converting the signal into the voltage level of the power supply voltage, and a control circuit 40 controlling the system-voltage generating circuit 10. The control circuit 40 inputs a seizing signal P4 and includes a delay circuit 100 for output of a short circuit control signal P5 with a specified delay time imparted to the seizing signal. The seizing signal controls the level shifter 23 as an inactive or active state, and the short circuit control signal controls the system-voltage generating circuit 10 as a stopping state or an operating state.
