PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption by connecting a dividing circuit to a circuit of the next stage with no intervention of an active element.

CONSTITUTION: The signals of different polarities and to be divided are applied to input terminals 1 and 2 then to a dividing circuit 3. The output at one side of the circuit 3 is delivered through an output terminal 6 via diodes 12 and 13; while the output at the other side of the circuit 3 is delivered through an output terminal 7 via diodes 10 and 11. The signals obtained from terminals 6 and 7 are applied as they are to a dividing circuit of the next stage, etc. As a result, no active element like an emitter follower, etc. is set between the dividing circuit and the circuit of the next stage to which the output of said dividing circuit is applied. This reduces the power consumption of an electronic circuit.
