Abstract:
To notify a management server whether a user really understands the content of an electronic circular, to reliably inform the user of the content.
In an electronic circular system 1, a management server 20 transmits a question sentence for the content of an electronic file to be circulated to respective user terminals 10B, and an answer to the question sentence from the respective user terminals 10B is collated/compared with correct information to determine whether the answer is correct, so that the management server 20 determines whether the users actually understand the content of the electronic circular 20 in the electronic circular. The content is reliably notified to all users.
