The electronic commerce transaction management/electronic settlement integration system is provided with: a user registration part for storing information to specify the transaction participation configurations of sellers and buyers in electronic commerce transaction in association; an electronic money account management part for storing the electronic money reception account information of the sellers and the electronic money payment account information of the buyers; a transaction object selling management part for storing selling merchandise registration information registered from the sellers for every transaction object identification information, and for generating transaction object selling information including at least connection information to the electronic commerce transaction management/electronic settlement integration system and the transaction object identification information; a transaction control part for transmitting the transaction object selling information to the seller, and for executing transaction processing with a purchase candidate to be connected based on the transaction object selling information carried by an arbitrary information medium by the seller; and an electronic money control part for executing settlement processing to transfer prescribed electronic money to the electronic money reception account of the seller.
