Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute a high-accuracy angle positioning of chip components by a method wherein suction nozzles, which are each sucking a chip component, are mounted to the rotor of a motor for angle positioning.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 32 of a motor 31 is provided so as to be able to rotate in a direction θ in a stator 30A formed integrally with a mounted plate 30 and the material for the rotor 32 is aluminum. Suction nozzles 14 are respectively made to penetrate the rotor 32 in the vertical direction, are provided as to be able to vertically move and vacuum suction holes 40 are respectively bored in the nozzles 14 from the points of the nozzles 14. By the rotation of the rotor 32, the nozzles 14, which suck components, can be positioned at a position of an arbitrary angle regardless of the time during the rotation of a rotary table and the time during the stop of the rotary table. The nozzles 14 are rotated in a state that a loss of transmission is small by the amount of the rotation of the rotor 32 and are conformed to the position of an angle of 90 degrees with high accuracy.
