Abstract:

To provide an electronic component device, an electronic component, and a communication equipment, which are excellent in their yield and temporal stability while being downsized.

A comb electrode unit as an electronic function unit is formed on a piezoelectric substrate 1. An electrode pad 3 is provided that is connected to the come electrode unit. An adhesion improvement layer 3e, which is a top layer of the electrode pad 3 abutting an Au bump 5, is provided of a triaxially oriented Al film.
