Title:
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT FIRING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005041777
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electronic component firing tool whose durability for a long term is improved by solving the problems that the durability for a long term lacks such that a surface layer is peeled from an intermediate layer and the like as the adherence between the intermediate layer and the surface layer for a conventional electronic component firing tool is inadequate and by adjusting the kind of a metal at the surface layer.

In the electronic component firing tool is comprised of a base material, the intermediate layer composed of a metal oxide coated on the surface of the base material and a stabilized zirconia surface layer formed on the intermediate layer, the stabilized zirconia surface layer and the intermediate layer are yttria-stabilized zirconia. As the intermediate layer or a partially molten intermediate layer and the surface layer consist of the yttria-stabilized zirconia in this electronic component firing tool, which means that both layers to be joined contain the same component, affinity is increased very much and the durability for a long term is improved and therefore, the electronic component firing tool can be used for a long term.
