Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save a useless visual recognition time and to improve productivity of electronic components automatic insertion device by positioning a hole which resulted in an insertion error of electronic circuit printed-circuit board, by allowing it to be recognized, and then providing a function which compensates it to a proper position data when an insertion error occurred. CONSTITUTION:After an electronic printed-circuit board 1 is set to a table 3, it is judged to see if the final insertion was completed. If it is not the final insertion, the insertion hole of the printed board 1 is positioned to the position of a head 6 and electronic components are inserted into the insertion holes within the printed board. If they cannot be inserted properly and an insertion error resulted, the insertion hole within the printed-circuit board 1 is positioned to the position of a camera 6, the obtained visual information is fed to an image processing device 5, the position deviation amount of insertion hole is calculated, and the position data of insertion program is compensation being based on the position deviation amount of the obtained insertion hole. According to the position data of compensated insertion program, the insertion hole within the circuit printed-circuit board 1 is positioned to the position to the head 6 and the head 6 holds the electronic component for inserting it.
