Abstract:

To provide a new and effective material for such electronic components as capacitors and sensors which has electric characteristics capable of reducing size and weight of an electronic apparatus and the like by using natural polymer material excellent in environmental resistance, and also has good pyroelectricity, dielectric constant, piezoelectricity.

This electronic component material is structured by applying a predetermined voltage on compound which is formed by uniformly dispersing and mixing ferroelectric substance in dielectric binder, and has high dielectricity, excellent pyroelectricity and piezoelectricity, wherein the dielectric binder is any one selected from polysaccharide having glucose ring, and chitin or polylactic acid, and the ferroelectric substance is any one selected from ceramic polycrystalline substance having perovskite type crystal structure.
