PURPOSE: To prevent mis-discharge of a stick case with electronic components contained therein by providing respectively a component presence sensor to an upperstream position and a stopper position of the stick case at the lowest stage.
CONSTITUTION: The presence of an electronic component 4 in a stick case 7 at the lowest stage and on a rail 6 is judged by receiving an optical signal from a photoelectric sensor light emission section 8a at a photoelectric sensor light receiving section (12a) via a hole 13a of a stopper 13. That is, an optical axis 9 of the photoelectric sensor passes in the stick case 7 and on the rail 6. Thus, even if the electronic component 4 is choked in the inside of the rail 6 or even if the electronic component 4 is choked in the stick case at the lowest stage, the presence is surely detected. Thus, a defect that the stick case 7 is discharged while the electronic component 4 is kept in the stick case 7 at the lowest stage is avoided.
