Abstract:
To provide an electronic component unit capable of securing proper reliability.SOLUTION: An electronic component unit 1 includes: a substrate 10 formed in a plate shape; an electronic component 20 electrically connected to a mounting surface 11 of the substrate 10 via a solder part; a substrate holding unit 41 for holding the substrate 10; and a holder 40 including an electronic component holding unit 43 for holding the electronic component 20. The electronic component holding unit 43 includes a plurality of cantilever supporting beam units 43a that are each formed in a cantilever shape from the substrate holding unit 41 and hold and elastically support the electronic component 20 in directions D1 and D2 along the mounting surface 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
