Abstract:
To provide an electronic component which allows both compact dimensions and desired characteristics.SOLUTION: In an electronic component 1, a coil 25 includes a plurality of conductor layers 41 and 42, and a plurality of connection conductors 43. The plurality of conductor layers 41 and 42 extend in a direction intersecting a coil axis and along an insulator layer. Each of the plurality of connection conductors 43 is coupled to the corresponding conductor layers 41 or 42 of the plurality of conductor layers 41 and 42, and extends in a lamination direction. In the conductor layers 41 and 42, among the plurality of conductor layers 41 and 42, adjacent to each other in a direction along the coil axis, a width in a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of each of the conductor layers 41 and 42 is greater than the shortest distance between the adjacent conductor layers 41 and 42. The extension direction of each of the first conductor layers 41 and the extension direction of at least one second conductor layer 42 intersect each other when viewed from the lamination direction, and they are perpendicular to the coil axis and are also inclined to a direction along the insulator layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
