To provide a low-cost choke coil suitable for mass production by reducing the number of parts comprising holders and thus making easier the control of parts.

A choke coil is provided with separated holders 1a and 1b with recessed parts 4 for holding and fixing back parts 3 of separated magnetic cores 2. A recessed part 8 and a projected part 9 are provided for positioning at the joint surface 20 of the holders 1a and 1b. Notches 13 for pulling out leads 12 of windings 5 and projected parts and nails for engaging with each other are formed on the sides of the holders 1a and 1b. Holes for mounting and fixing are also provided in the bottom of the holders 1a and 1b.
