Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable electronic control device that combines low cost and productivity. A control substrate which has mounted thereon an electronic component such as a microcomputer has on one end of the control substrate a connection part that serves as an interface with the outside. The electronic control device is characterized by, in a structure in which the control device is sealed with resin, having a concave housing in which the connection part is exposed from the sealing resin, and the sealing resin surrounds the outer circumference of the connection part in a concave manner.
