Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of reducing an execution frequency of fail-safe processing with a failure of a power supply circuit.SOLUTION: An ECU 1 comprises a main microcomputer 11, a sub microcomputer 12, a first power supply circuit 15, a second power supply circuit 16 and an abnormality detection part 20. Output voltages of the first power supply circuit 15 and the second power supply circuit 16 are supplied to the main microcomputer 11 and the sub microcomputer 12 via an internal power supply line Ln that is constructed inside the ECU 1. The first power supply circuit 15 is activated in a case where an ignition switch 8 is turned on, and starts outputting a predetermined target application voltage. The abnormality detection part 20 successively monitors the output voltage of the first power supply circuit 15. In a case where the output voltage of the first power supply circuit 15 is out of a normal range, the abnormality detection part 20 outputs an abnormality detection signal indicating that the first power supply circuit 15 is under an abnormal operation. In a case where the abnormality detection part 20 outputs the abnormality detection signal, the first power supply circuit 15 is stopped, and the second power supply circuit 16 is activated instead.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
