Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electronic cooling device which is superior in cooling performance and manufacturing characteristic.
CONSTITUTION: A thermo-electrical module comprised of Peltier effect element is placed at a projection part 15a of a module base 15 made of aluminum having a high heat transfer characteristic, heat absorbing fins 2 acting as a low temperature side heat absorbing device and the projection 15a of the module base 15 are fastened and then heat radiation fins 3 acting as a high temperature side radiator are fastened by flat parts 15b, 15c of the module base 15.
