Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool various members and devices in contact with a cooling plate, by permitting the efficient cooling of the cooling plate even when the cooling plate is a Peltier element having a small capacity.
SOLUTION: An axial flow fan motor 1, arranged so as to introduce air from one surface, and a heat sink 2 are arranged so as to be neighbored while a ventilating direction changing plate 3, guiding air, sent from the axial flow fan motor to the side of heat sink is provided at the other surface side of the axial flow fan motor. The base 4 of the heat sink is faced to another surface side and a heat radiating fins 5 are arranged so as to be faced to one surface direction while a moisture absorbing body 6, such as felt and the like, is provided between the heat radiating fins. In this case, a water storage unit 7, storing moisture impregnated into the water absorbing body 6, is provided and a Peltier element 8 is arranged on the other surface of the base so as to be contacted with the same while a cooling plate 9, consisting of a heat conductive metallic plate such as an aluminum plate, is provided on the other surface of the Peltier element 8 so as to be contacted with the other surface.
