To provide an electronic coupon ticket transaction system allowing a user to easily buy an electronic coupon ticket for receiving various services without any much labor and to easily collect a countervalue of an unnecessary electronic coupon ticket and allowing a service providing enterpriser to omit sale of the electronic coupon ticket and collection of its fee for reducing manpower and cost.
When a purchase request for the electronic coupon ticket from a portable terminal to this electronic coupon ticket transaction system, the electronic coupon ticket transaction system makes access to a settlement system to settle charge for the electronic coupon ticket on the basis of settlement information and transmits coupon ticket information to the portable terminal. Then, an information recording card records the coupon ticket information to function as the electronic coupon ticket.
