To reduce server's load by transaction at the time of issuing a ticket in a system in which a plurality of servers deliver electronic data such as an electronic ticket under consolidated management by a particular server.
The system includes a wholesale server 10 which issues electronic data such as an electronic ticket, an agent server 20 which performs selling processing of the electronic data, etc., issued by the wholesale server 10, and a client terminal 30 which acquires the electronic ticket and the like by communicating with the wholesale server 10 and the agent server 20. The agent server 20 attaches to an electronic data delivery request for electronic data such as a ticket from the client terminal 30, a token for an access to the wholesale server 10 or another agent server 20 positioned directly above the agent server, and transmits the request back to the client terminal 30. The client terminal 30 transmits the electronic data delivery (ticket purchase) request with the token received from the agent server 20 to the wholesale server 10. Thereafter, the wholesale server 10 issues electronic data such as an electronic ticket in response to the electronic data delivery (ticket purchase) request with the token.
