Abstract:
To manufacture a small and thin vacuum package type electronic device.
An electronic device (100, 700) includes a nonevaporable getter material (104) having a surface exposed to a low pressure and one or more circuit elements. The non-evaporable getter material forms at least a part of the one or more circuit elements (102, 550, 560, 570). The electronic device further includes one or more vacuum devices (140, 240, 340, 440, 640) electrically coupled to the one or more circuit elements.
