Abstract:

To provide an electronic device ink composition obtainable of electric characteristics reduced in dispersion by suppressing the fluidization of a precursor film during elimination reaction, reducing the discontinuation of a semiconductor material after conversion, and consequently suppressing the deterioration of the characteristics, and to provide an electronic device and field-effect transistor using the same, and a method for producing the same.

The electronic device ink composition includes at least a polymer material, a π electron conjugated compound precursor, and a solvent for dissolving the polymer material and precursor.
