To provide an electronic device functioning as a multi-value memory and an integrated circuit.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: a solid material layer arranged so as to allow a predetermined metal ion to go thereinto and go out thereof by application of an electric field in a reversible manner; a first electrode provided on a first surface side of the solid material layer; a solid electrolyte layer provided on a second surface side of the solid material layer opposite to the first surface side; a second electrode provided on the second surface side of the solid material layer; and a third electrode connected to the solid material layer through the solid electrolyte layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
