Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device manufacturing apparatus capable of transferring a pattern to a base material as designed even when a front surface of a plate is expanded to a peripheral direction at plate mounting.SOLUTION: An electronic device manufacturing apparatus comprises: an impression cylinder 110 that rotates while holding sheets S1 to S4; a motor 201 for driving the impression cylinder 110; a plate cylinder 130 for transferring a functional ink to the sheets S1 to S4 held by the impression cylinder 110; a motor 203 for driving the plate cylinder 130; plate deforming detection means 301 and 302 of detecting deformation amount of a peripheral direction of a pattern of a plate P attached to plating surfaces Pg and Psd of the plate cylinder 130; and a control device 200 that controls at least one rotation speed of the motor 201 and the motor 203 on the basis of the deformation amount of the plate P acquired by the plate deforming detection means 301 and 302 and adjusts a relative difference of a surface peripheral speed of the sheets S1 to S4 held by the impression cylinder 110 and the surface peripheral speed of the plate cylinder 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
