Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of improving operational reliability and a method of manufacturing the electronic device.SOLUTION: An electronic device includes: a columnar central electrode 32; a weight part 34 that accommodates the central electrode 32 therein and whose inside surface is made movable relative to the outside surface of the central electrode 32; and a beam part 35 that surrounds the weight part 34 and elastically supports the weight part 34 with a frame body 31. At least the entire outside surface of the central electrode 32 is composed of a conductor.
